InvoiceIQ Terms of Service
Effective date: 24 September 2026.
These terms govern use of InvoiceIQ, provided by Analytos ("we", "us"), through the web application, the public API, and MCP-connected AI assistants. By using InvoiceIQ you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent.
The service
- InvoiceIQ extracts, codes, verifies and (when you instruct it) posts supplier invoices to your ERP. Outputs are recommendations produced partly by AI models; your organization is responsible for reviewing them before they affect your books.
- Posting a bill is an explicit, confirmed action. Automated assistants must obtain your confirmation before InvoiceIQ will post.
Accounts and access
- You must keep credentials confidential and use the roles we provide (owner, admin, approver, clerk, viewer) to limit access appropriately.
- You are responsible for the actions of users and connected assistants within your organization, and for the credentials you provide for your ERP or AI provider.
Acceptable use
- Do not upload content you have no right to process, attempt to access another organization's data, probe or overload the service, or reverse engineer it.
- Do not use InvoiceIQ to violate law, including sanctions, privacy and anti-fraud laws.
Your data
- You own your invoice content and configuration. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
- We may use aggregated, de-identified usage data to improve the service.
Third-party services
Your use of AI providers and your ERP is subject to their terms. We are not responsible for their availability or output.
Fees
Fees, if any, are set out in your order form or subscription. Marketplace listings may be subject to the marketplace operator's terms.
Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Disclaimers and liability
InvoiceIQ is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including accounting errors resulting from unreviewed AI output.
Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 30 days. On termination you may export your data for 30 days, after which we delete it as described in the Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction named in your order form, or, if none, the laws of India, with disputes resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
